You are a geniouw JadaNiv! It worked for me. After installing the new IOS, WhatsApp was not pushing notifications anymore. I didn't want to restore. I tried your trick and tested it. It works perfectly! Thanks much.

Doing a full phone backup/restore seems lika a big waste of time. This worked for me like a charm:

I did a "reset network settings" and this worked for me. I didn't even try a full phone reset. I started getting the notification error at work Tuesday afternoon. Ironically enought i also couldn't get my email to work either. so i try the network rest and it work. go figure.

The only thing which worked for me is :
Logout of iTunes (Apple ID in settings). Reset phone. Log back into iTunes.
I'm really beginning to wonder why Apple don't respond quickly to bugs like this.
