Lost Data When I backedup on Computer than hooked Up iPhone 4S backingup on iCloud!

Earlier I backed up my iPhone4G on my computer. My iPhone 4S I backed up on iCloud.

Lost data to many of my apps!!! Ahhhh!

I'll have to manually input data!!!

I'm afraid to hook up my iPhone 4G & backup it to the cloud. Afraid that again I might lose my data on apps.

Question: If I backup on to the icloud with 4G than hook up my iPhone4S ... will it automactically backup contents from 4S onto iCloud thus erasing orginal content/ data from 4G backup?

Can I backup my 4G on to the icloud than download that data on my iPhone4S when I hook it up to itunes?
