Iphone 4s sounds like static when play music or receive response from Siri. Rebooted a couple of times but not improvement

I have static when I speak with people using my new iphone. It's not over powering but it is deffinitely present. I JUST got this phone and waited hours for it. It has not resolved itself. Not sure what to do.
Same issue; figured maybe cuz increased all my "get info" holumes to 100% , but moved that back (which i have never had trouble with before) and no better. Upgraded wife's iphone 4 (not S) with exact same song lists and her phone does not have staticy music. Help, i dont want my knew phone letting me down immediately
Same issue here. Very obvious backgroud noise when playing music on iphone4s. The same musics have far better qulity on old 3G, 3Gs and iPad!!!! Help!
Turns out my IPhone 4S had a bad speaker. Obtained a replacement from local Apple store.
And how is the new phone doing for you. Please report back?
The speaker on the new phone is fine and I have experienced no other issues. Really enjoy the 4s.
