Iphone 3GS keep hanging after ios 5.0 updates

Hi folks,

Have you all experience all the time hanging and the sliding is no longer that smooth after ios 5.0 updates. This was happened on my iphone 3GS and many times keep restarting again and again.

Any ideas???
