i have exactly the same issue, and it s really annoying for an audiophile, most people won t notice any differences. i been to apple store today, speake with someone in genius bar and they found there are a issue with the bass, after a long discussion they authorise a swapp but i have to pay so extra fee because my iphone is customise with some 24 gold carat...i really ****, do i have to loose my phone because off some sofware issue...i did n t mind to loose my warranty off my iphone 4 , didn t mind also to spend some extra buck if i have an issue with the hardware, but i never expect the issue will come from apple.
thank anyway for the offert apple, but i dont think so that enuff, because if i understand , if i upgrade my new iphone 4 again i will still get the same issue,.
by away when i was in apple store i try the new iphone 4s and it s seem they don t have the same issue, so i believe the right move will be a swapp for a new iphone 4s , i guess.
i will still loose the value off my phone but i get the right sofware and un brand new iphone 4...i think that will adjust the balance, isn t?
let me know apple what is the best move.
