iOS 5: deleting Completed Reminders list

Once I complete items in my Reminder lists, they move to Completed. How do I delete the Completed list without having to delete each individual item?

now that icloud has been updated, reminders has its own icon so what i just did was clicked on completed the clicked on the first of my reminders and just clicked backspace and alle the reminders went away... one by one mind you but as fast as you can press the backspace button is as fast as you can delete all the reminders and it syncs to your device emmediately...

Hi iApp3als821,

This works, but it still is a solution that requires the user to go to their Mac and access iCloud to remove a group of Reminders on their iDevices.

We still don't have a way to bulk delete completed Reminders from within the iOS Reminder App.

I can't believe Tim Cook didn't listen to the e-mail I sent him. :-) I explained to him that a bulk delete functionality for the iOS Reminders App was needed for those who can't (don't have a regular computer anymore), or don't want the endure the inconvenience, of going to a computer to perform this function.

I mean, is it just me, or isn't it crazy that you have to go to another machine to get something done on your iPhone, iPad, iPod, etc. (Unless you don't mind going through the multi-click deleting process for every completed reminder on your iDevice..one by agonizing one.)

Nevertheless, thanks for the help. It is a step forward.

Tim Cook...are you listening to us out there?

Silence.

(I know, no need to tell me, no one from Apple reads these discussion threads. I'm just venting.)

Mr. Luigi, you don't need bulk delete within the Reminders app! If you did, Apple would have put it there, silly. Now don't you worry your pretty little head. Just do things the way Apple tells you, and everything will be just fine.

Just like how you'd never need an "every 6 months" or even an "other" option for how often events repeat in the calendar. If you do, you can just go to your other device. If you needed that option in iOS, it would have been provided.

Silly Mr. Luigi. Silly 100 Watt Walrus.

To my Bestest iOS Buddy, Mr. Walrus,

You are sooooo right. My silliness amazes even me sometimes. :-)

Of course, it could be worse. I am a teacher. If they only told me I was "Silly"...well, that would be a good day.

In life, as with iIOS, you need to be thankful for the little things.

The very little things.

Hehehebehe.

Have a Great Weekend.

I don't need a new e-mail address. What will I do with this e-mail address when I have it? Anyway, I created the e-mail address, but am still getting this error message: "Can't load Reminders. There was a problem loading the application" Thank you for your assistance. I also get the error message when clicking on Notes, even though I created the iCloud e-mail address in iOS on my iPhone.
