Bluetooth
Hi
Since I upgraded both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4, I am unable to connect anything via Bluetooth. The iPhone cannot see the iPad and vice versa. both keep searching.
Anyone know of a solution?

I'm having trouble too. I have an open case with AppleCare. The bluetooth icon only appears when I am on the bluetooth settings page. As soon as I leave it, the icon disappears (not dims, but disappears) and I cannot connect it.
I am experiencing exactly the same problem as you. The Bluetooth icon disappears completely as soon as I leave the settings page and no connections are possible. Have you found a solution yet?
I am having this problem with my iPhone 4S - it wont detect anything via bluetooth, including my iPhone 3GS. I discovered the problem when trying to connect the 4S to my BlueAnt carkit. The 3GS detects and connects to the device without a problem so its not the BlueAnt that is the problem. Neither of the iPhones are detecting each other, both operating on iOS5 but with the 3GS detecting the Blueant I can only assume the 4S is the problem.
I also cant connect to my car Buetooth. Is there any response from Apple? Can I go back to OS4?
With no solution I will have to return my two 4s's and go back to my 3GS. Without hands-free phone in my car, I feel my life is at risk.
I have the same problems. Two iPhones both with Bluetooth issues after 'upgrading' to iOS5.
Try entering Bluetooth and iOS5 in Google, and you'll be amazed how many have the same problems.
I can pair my new iPhone 4s to my car's built-in Bluetooth and it works fine. That is until I turn the car off and come back to it. The pairing disappears and I have to start from scratch every time. Very frustrating. Guess this is one thing my Blackberry did better. Never had a Bluetooth problem with that.
