Will i be able to log into my other computers at home and directly install it without having to pay for it again?

No, There are Pages for iPads and there are Pages for Macs.
On your Macs yes, but not iOS devices.
You need to buy the apps for each OS, once for all of your OS X Macs & once for all of your iOS devices.

They are 2 separate apps and the prices are ridiculously cheap IMHO.
The only criticism I'll make is that Apple chose to confuse everyone by naming them exactly the same, when they aren't.
