Can't Update iTunes because of Bonjour

A long, long time ago I was cleaning ou t my computer, and saw bonjour. Not knowing what it was I (thought I) deleted it. Lo and behold, I can't update iTunes now. The program won't come out of my Add/Remove programs now and there is not even a "Change" or "Remove" button. In addition, after my father removed iTunes (same thing happened with no buttons), I can't install iTunes because it says "The older version of Bonjour cannot be uninstalled. Contact your technical support group." And then iTunes says the process was interuppted and couldn't install. It seems the iTunes isn't making a big problem, yet, but another helpful thing in this case is probably the fact that I manually deleted bonjour from the system. CAn anyone help? I WANT MY IPHONE UPDATE 😝!
