i updated my iphone to ios5 and is now stuck on the screen that says"connect to itunes"
it doesnt go beyond that and when i try to restore it says has a problem from the back up and doesnt do anything after that.

I am having the same problem, my I phone is now stuck, with the I tunes logo on, I can't turn the screen on or off and it does not recognize my phone when I hook it into I tunes on my computer, Help, I can't live without my I phone.

My iPad is stuck at the same place. Will not progress.
While configuring just chose setup like a new device and once the setup is done just restart itunes. That will sync up the backup.
