Aperture askes for Serial after update (3.2)

Hi Guys, I just updated my Aperture to 3.2 and now every time I open it, it askes for a Serial number. Here's the problem:

I don't have one! Because I bought the App in the App Store, and normally there you don't get a Serial! Can anyone help me??😕
