Siri doesn't seem to recognize my home address. The street is fairly new. When I tap on my address from my address book and google maps app opens up, it doesn't map my address to the right location. Siri thinks it knows where I live, but it is wrong. How can I fix this? I assume Siri is using the same info that Google maps uses and it thinks I live a couple miles from where I actually live.

I just went in to www.google.com/mapmaker and submitted an edit. Hopefully that will fix it. They have to review the submissions before they will add them to the map, so I guess it could take a couple of weeks.
Is there a better way to do this?
Update on this issue. I went to google using mapmaker and added our home address. The edit was accepted and applied. Now, when I go to maps.google.com, I can get it to find my home address. However, when using the maps app on the iPhone, it still shows the other (wrong) location as my home.
However, if I take the "United States" off the address in the maps app on iPhone, it will show me the correct address. However, I don't know how to remove the "United States" from my address in contacts.
Try deleting the entire contact and reenter it.

Add a drop point where your house is in the map app and the save it to your contact information as your home address. This way you can make it wherever you want it and allow you to make sure it's right.
Unacceptable solution. If I do this and then share my contact info with someone, it gives them the wrong address.
Sorry you said nothing about sharing it cause yes then that wouldn't work but for you to be able to ask Siri for directions home is all this solution is mean to fix

Dropping a pin gives me an address that is two streets over from me. That would be a problem.
How do you add a "drop point" in your contacts? I am also having trouble with siri finding my home as it is close but not close enough to trigger the reminders to go off.
i also submitted a request to google, but still interested on how you can get gps coordinates for a location instead of relying on a google map interpretation.
any help out there?
I've been experiencing the same issue on my iPhone 5 running iOS 6. After trying the suggestions above and a few other silly workarounds, it occurred to me that I needed to wipe Siri's memory. The only way to do this is by turning Siri off, then back on, in Settings. Worked like a charm! Siri finally knows where I live.
The problem is with apple. My Google maps has the correct address as my home address but when I use Siri orclick "Home" in Apple Maps, it takes me to Nebraska or Miami, Oklahoma when I live in MIami, FL!! I tried everything to fix, now I've decided to blog about it until they fix the problem.
