Problem sharing Youtube from FCP or Compressor

Trying to share a Youtube video from FCP -- whether I do a direct share, or send it to Compressor: It seems to export fine, but fails on uploading to youtube. Also the export progress bar stops near the end. Usually says there's about 8 mins left, even though it actually has completed exporting. Please help.
