Connection Hanging....MAC Address's etc

Hello All,

I am using Pavlov Media (I have to) as my apartment building insist on it.

The connection when its directly wired into my MBP is excellent, speed of 14.6mbps and upload of 3.86

However when connected to the Airport Pro the speed stays close to that but websites just will not load.

Pavlov insist on MAC codes being registered with them to allow access.

Which code do I need from the bottom of the router?

Also I have a wired MAC code which is different - I assume I do not need this registered at the same time?

Although the MBP (sometimes) works with the Airport NOTHING else does. iPhone 4 (no connection to web but connects to the network), blackberry curve and DirectTV wireless all having the same issues.

Please help I am tearing my hair out here!
