how to add home button to safari

is it possible to add the home button to safari ?

safari-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Go to the website you want for your homepage.


Now from the Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the General tab.


Type in the url where you see: Homepage


Then click Set to Current Page


You can access that page from the Safari Homepage button User uploaded file in the Safari toolbar also.


If the Homepage button is not on your toolbar click View from the menu then click Customize Toolbar.

No "button." you set the Homepage web address in Safari Preferences (General pane).


If you want repeated, quick access to that "home" page, just add that address to the Bookmarks Bar. You can change the name to anything you want to make it clearer or shorter.
