Thanks for responding. Comcast sent an email stating my computer is infected with a bot and to remove it immediately. I also had an email from wow that someone tried to change my account email address. I ran a norton virus scan and nothing.
What bot? Where did it come from? How did you install it? Did it come with an uninstaller? You need to provide more information.
I think you're being scammed. Probably into purchasing "special" software to remove the offense. Most of this crap is for Windows computers and does not have any effect on Macs. Just ignore it.
