I purchased 15GB upgrade for $20/year.
I don't need it.
How do I submit a refund claim?
i would like to have to answer too. this is really unprofessional by apple to send a confirmation with a little message "you can get a refund in the next 15 days", but you yave to look for days to know where to submit the request...
