iTunes 10.5 crashes while playing song

i've been installed iTunes 10.5. There's no problem the first time, until now i don't know why did it happened?

iTunes crashes while playing songs, or importing songs.

I have uninstall and install again then i restart my laptop, but it still didn't work 😟

do y'all have a solution for my problem? thanks.
