When I log on, my screen is enlarging itself and the items on the top and bottom get pushed out of screenn view....I have to move the screen up/down, right left to access some icons

When I log on, my screen is enlarging itself and the items on the top and bottom get pushed out of screen view....I have to move the screen up/down, right left to access some icons. It is also affecting app my news apps.

If your screen looks like it's zoomed in then try double-tapping the screen with three fingers, and then make sure that Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom is 'off'
