Sending emails not being received correctly with ios 5.

When sending an email thru exchange server with photos and text in the formated email not being sent corectly. The photos and text are being sent as attachments, it does not look like it is formated on the iPhone. Never had this issue with ios 4. Is there a setting I am missing??
