Macbook keyboard malfunction

O.k Well i own a white macbook 2010 model 2.4ghz 2gb ram....As of this morning iam having a keyboard malfunction on this device some keys do not work or do strange things for instance when i press the "a" key...this is my response "asadsadfgs˙∆˚¬adfghs" lieterally when i use backspace it turn on capslock an switches me between spaces. I have done a pram reset, smc reset AHT(Detects nothing wrong). How ever when i turn caps lock on most if not all button function properly onlywith capital letters.

I am currently typing from an external keyboard which seems to be working fine....none of those issues occur here.

I have also booted into my windows partition and have confirmed that my macbook keyboard has similar issues on that hd aswell.

Likely cause: I regularly clean my macbook with rubbing alcohol, i pour it on to a towelet and rub down the computer something i have done since day 1 as the computer is white an easliy collects dirt and grime.

So i have basically narrowed it down to being a hardware problem, what i would like from you guys is some insight.

1). Does it jus sound like a simple keyboard replacement

2). Does it sound more like a loose connection

3). Could it be a logicboard issue??

Reason im here asking is because im out of warranty, no applecare and neither am i in the US. Authorized apple technitianshere in Jamaica often tell u whatever they feel to get the most cash out of ur pocket. And in avoiding that i would like to if u guys would recomment jus purchasing a new keyboard top case an attempting to replace myself.....If it is a logicboard issue tho i would jus consider myself screwed!
