Contacts - duplicated/triplicated since OS 5 installed
Is there a quick way to solve this, without going to every contact on the Iphone and Ipad and deleting the additional ones?

Before I mess things up more than I have - is there a best way to solve remove the unwnted duplicates and triplicates?
If I delete in Outlook, it seems to me that sycning both devices will reinstall. In fact, whichever of three devices I do the work on, syncing will reinstall the unwanted entries.
Is there a magic, one approach way?
