mcp not starting up - system bought yesterday :(

Bought the MCP yesterday and loaded some applications like

- uTorrent

- Adobe Lightroom

- Some application against laptop theft

- T-Mobile broadband manager

Shut down and when i started this evening, its getting stuck at the gray screen with the round thing just turning round. Its not starting on safemode as well, the progress comes to 1/3rd and then dissapppers.

If I check the progress, the last lines are

and then no change

Before this, i ran the disk utility and did the disk repair anf file permission repair as well.
