Since it's obvious there are tens of thousands of people facing the same problem, perhaps we should start writing serial numbers (or part of it) of our iPhones 4S? I mean, there must be some common denominator between our phones, which would help quickly identify the ones facing OCNA.
Once we know the easy way to quickly identify phone with the problems then all matching the criteria could go for replacement?
I mean, this should have been done by Apple already, but since we're not getting appropriate support nor attention then I guess it's time (after 4 months) to start taking doing something serious about this.
Is someone following this thread able to identify few phones facing the same problem? Is there anything that is common between them?
For now we know:
1. iPhone 4s ONLY
2. iOS 5.0.1 ONLY
3. 16GB/32GB/64GB ALL affected
4. black/white ALL affected
5. operator RANDOM/ALL
6. country RANDOM/ALL
BTW, easy way to reproduce the problem on my phone. Turn off bluetooth, turn on bluetooth, try to make a call -> OCNA problem replicable 100% on my phone
Has anyone found any patterns apart from the above mentioned 6?
Thanks,
M
