Set up iCloud and it's syncing and pushing everything as expected. Have no problem getting to the iCloud web page on my Mac (using Safari), but when I try to get to the web interface on an iPhone or iPad, I'm always just redirected to the iCloud "Hot to set up iCloud" page. I'm never able to reach the log-in page.
Are others able to sign in to the web iCloud page thru their iDevices?
I am having the same problem, works fine on my Mac and Mac book but not on ipad or iphone. Has anyone got an anwser.
Same problem with my iPad.
Learned on another forum that that's the intended behavior. On iDevices you just use iCloud as a service, you don't interact with it.
Would be nice of Apple to make that clearer, rather than just sending all iDevices to page of instructions...
It would also be nice if the "view" button that apears in e-mail notifications I get when new events are added to a shared calendar would, when I am using my iPad, take me to iCal rather than iCloud.com in Safari.
Do you have any idea, why this is the intended behavior of the iCloud.com website? This way one is never able to check their iCloud e.g. emails on an iOS Device that doesn't belong to them.
I agree completely. This is shortsighted and pointless. At least provide a link to get around the redirect. What's the harm?

It absolutely is ridiculous. Apple obviously isn't so concerned with "cutting the cord" so to speak between iOS devices and "real" computers. Yes, they've successfully managed to do it literally, but the restraints they've irrationally put on the web based iCloud are counterintuitive and counterproductive.
I'm starting to get sick of Apple's BS. I cannot believe how much of a hard time I'm having trying to login to my iCloud on the iCloud website on MY iPHONE!!! I just want to see what I have stored on my iCloud, if that's even possible... Prolly not.
On iOS devices you interact with iCloud thru apps, not browsers. If you want an overview of what you have on iCloud, go to Settings >iCloud >Storage & Backup. If you want more details, top on Manage Storage and each app listed there.
BTW, if you really, really want to access iCloud via a web browser on an iPhone or iPad, simply download a third-party browser (such as iCab) and set its preferences to identify itself as a desktop browser, say, Safari (Mac).
