Then i clicked retry and it came up with

I cannot update to the new iTunes either .. when I attempted I got an error message: to locate the 'iTunes.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product. when I did I received the error message : The path C:Documents and Settings\All Users\ApplicationsData\Apple Computer\Installer Cache\iTunes 10.2.2.12\iTunes.msi' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or find the installation package. Then when I clicked ok, the message said the older version of iTunes cannot be removed, contact your technical support.

I tried to uninstall iTunes a few times and unable to. Help someone !!!

I can not install the new iTunes
