Can anyone, please offer me some help, I can not remember my password to my new iPod, have used once, downlaoded music and apps, any suggestions, please? I believe the device has been synced, what can I do???

Do you mean the passcode to your lockscreen or the password to your apple account? If you forgot the passcode, then luckily you had everything backed-up and just do that.

by back up he means you have saved all your devide settings and stuff like music photo and the rest i think there is an apple mannule thing which tells you what to do which tells you the steps as i have just done that because of my own problem with the lock screen 😟

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the iPod backup that iTunes makes.
