i have the air express base station but no cd how do i install it

If you have a Mac, you already have the AirPort Utility software that you need.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utiltiies > AirPort Utility
If you don't have a Mac, you can download the AirPort Utility application for Windows from here:
