How to restore appdata of reinstalled app?

How can I restore appdata of reinstalled app through backup on iCloud? For example, if I download Fragger (or ZombieSmash) and I play one level. Then I backup on iCloud and it backup app data just created by the two apps. I remove it and I reinstall it. In which way I can restore the "old" app data? Anyone can help me?
