VMware Fusion stopped working on Lion OS x

After upgrading to Lion, VMware fusion stop working. It was old version.

I can not uninstall it beacuse /library/Application Support/VMware folder is missing.

I tried to install VMware 4, without uninstalling previous version. Now it says You can't open the application VMware Fusion beacuse it may be damaged or incomplete.

Please advise what to do.
