I have Logic 9.1.5 with Lion OS X 7.1.1.
Whenever I start Logic, the gray window pops up and said it needs to scan the Audio Units.
I have about 350 plug ins and it takes more than 20 mins.
I know it is supposed to happen when you install the software and open the program first time, but not every single time you open the application.
Is there any solution to stop it?

Do you have cleanmymac or a similar application running (in the background)? Sounds like your audiounits cache gets deleted between sessions.
Hi, no I don't have application that cleans it like that.
and yes, I realized that I don't see the audio units cache in my cache folder and it causes the problem but I don't know how to give a permission or assign the cache to be saved in the folder.
Any suggestion?

ive got the same probleme with logic but now im happy cause i have found the solutions.
the audiounit component must be in HD>library>audio>plugins>component
look in HOME>library>audio>plugins>component...if you have in this folder some components, delete them ( or move them in different folder)

CHECK OUT THIS FIX:
Open AutoMap Preferences and on the first page in the bottom right corner there is a box to check saying:
Use Logic 9 64-bit friendly AudioUnits.
ps... definitely don't do what akoz2 said to do.
