Sep 21, 2013 3:35 PM in response to tvirlipby Muharem23,Don't listen to those that are saying that you can't sync if you're in manual mode. I had exactly the same problem while running iOS7 on iPhone5 with manual library.
I noticed play counts on iPhone (my main listening device) weren't transferring to my iTunes library.
I logged into iTunes with my main iTunes account and password, the same one I had on my phone.
I logged into HomeSharing with my main iTunes account and password, the same one I had on my phone.
Then I authorized the computer to transfer purchases etc.
I clicked on my iPhone from the right corner tab
Then I clicked on BACK UP NOW.
Next I know all counts are transferred.
Not exactly sure what did it, but I do know problem IS solved... :-)
