New Account

I have been using an account with my family and we are now over the limit for new computers. I wish to create a new account. How can I transfer purchases from my current account to my new account, since I have spent hundreds on apps, music, and movies. Also, I want to transfer my iPod backup to my new computer and account so that I can buy a new iPod and back it up with my old iPod.

iPod touch, iOS 4.2, 2nd Generation

What do you mean?

You can authorize 5 computers to play content from an account. Do you have 5 computers?
