iPhone 4s battery died - NO WARNING

So, my iPhone 4 used to give me a warning at 20% and 10% battery left.

My iPhone 4S has now just quit on me twice - no warning at all. Battery indicator goes to red and then several minutes (15?) later, the phone shuts down completely and says I have to plug in.

What's going on?

Battery life is less than 2/3rds what the iPhone 4 was. I've disabled all the obvious things - location svcs, notifications, etc. Still, battery life is HORRIBLE.

Any suggestions?

Go to Apple and get a replacement phone. My 4S gets slightly less battery life, but that could be because I am playing working with it more. I also let the battery go flat today to see what would happen and it didn't turn off until it went below 1%, and it was linear down to 1%.

You should still have a 14 day return police. Every iPhone comes with one. So unless you've jail broken it. You should be ok.
