4s does not charge when connected to computer via usb nor does is how up on itunes
When I connect 4s to PC (where iTunes is installed), the 4s does not charge--and it does not show up in iTunes device list. Apple Care had me de-install and re-install iTunes and its associated products to no avail. Can someone help me?? Please?
