How to use Photo Stream?

Hi there.

I just did a clean install of Snow Leopard and then upgraded to Lion 10.7.2. I installed iPhoto 11 off of the App Store. I have enabled iCloud. My iPhone 4S has iOS 5.

I have enabled Photo Stream on my iPhone and iPhoto, have taken a photo in the last 30 days, and yet nothing shows up in either my iPhone or iPhoto.

What am I doing incorrectly?
