Wow, I never would have known to do that.
When I try that, it asks me to move my MobileMe account to iCloud. I guess I have to do that before I can start using Calendar? Really?

Okay, so I figured it out. I needed to go into MobileMe and click "Calendar". It then told me that my Calendar in MobileMe was an old version and I needed to hit "upgrade". When I did that, the Calendar on my iPhone started working!
