even thought i have formated my hard drive as an mac extended. but still facing the same problem so what could be the solution of this kind of problem..

Are you sure it is formatted as Mac OS extended (Journaled), launch disk utility and check the formatting again.
HFS+ has a volume size limit of 8 exabytes, and so far I haven't seen any drives in those volume sizes.
What's likely the problem is there isn't enough free space to copy the file to your hard drive.
big file can't be copied because it is too large for the volume's format
