What is the best way to sync my new iPhone 4S with my Outlook for Mac 2011 calendar on Lion? (Please don't suggest using a different program; I have to use Outlook at work to keep track of meetings on a mostly non-Mac campus.) I'm also set up to use iCal on my personal Macbook, so I need to be able to use both.
I'm confused by the different options -- iCloud, iTunes, Google? Is there an app?
Wireless push would be great, too.

OK, I think I figured it out, with Apple's iCloud instructions and a little help from campus tech support. This only applies to people using Outlook with Microsoft Exchange.
Enable iCloud on your computer (running Lion) and your iPhone. http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/mac.html
Then go to your iPhone's Mail icon, click on Add Account > Microsoft Exchange and enter your login info.
Doing this transferred my work email and calendar to my phone wirelessly.

We have a Hosted Exchange Server through Go Daddy at work and I am having trouble figuring out how to get our shared contacts and shared calendar on my iphone 4. Is there a way we can all see the shared list? Go Daddy cannot figure it out.
