Contacts out of order when addressing a new message

So... when I'm composing a new message at iCloud.com there is a white "+" in a blue circle on the right side of the "To:" field that allows me to open a popup of all of my contacts and place a check in a box next to each contacts name to automatically address my new message. The only problem is that it appears that all of my contacts are in no discernable order so it makes it difficult to find particular names. I've tried clicking on the column titles like "Name" and "E-mail" to re-order the list, but nothing happens. Is there a way to get all of the contacts in this popup to be in a particular order?
