how do i change the templates to english

The Placeholder Text in the templates is not meant to be read or understood. It's just, well, a placeholder. Click once on the text and begin typing. Your input will be formatted just as the placeholder was.

If you want a meangful placeholder, type your own text, then Format > Advanced > Define as Placeholder Text.

Then File > Save as Template to make the changes available as a template for future use.
