Windows copying Apple again.

How can we copy "Launchpad" with out looking like Apple's "Launchpad"? Lets add some text explaining what the Application is, similar to how Apple displays its Desktop icons.

It looks a little more like the Finder window in a tile format.


I guess the launchpad resembles Launcher and characterisics of the iOS menu, which really does spell out its name (Launcher + iPad = Launchpad). With the addition of gestures, it is a wonderful experience for a desktop machine, as you feel more connected as a user.
