MacBook Pro not responding

MacBook Pro is simply not responding to anything. If I hold the power button I hear a beep like noise (2 different ones). It is a 13" MacBook Pro, early 2011. There are no lights, fans, anything going on. It'd just... dead...

It has OSX Lion on it.

FIXED. I held onto the power button for about 10-25 seconds. Earlier I pressed CTRL+OPTION+SHIFT+POWER button for about 5seconds before a few times.
