Can't play MSNBC news videos since upgrading to IOS 5

Since upgrading to IOS 5 I can not play news videos in safari at the msnbc web site. Audio plays fine however no video. If I refresh the page sometimes the video works. Is there a fix for this?

I've reset things like you said and now I sometimes get both audio and video.....and when only i only get audio I can close safari then reopen and hit play and I get both again.....I think it's more then just the network reset.....it's not working correctly for me.........any permanent fix form where ever the problem is........I've not had the problem with IOS 4.2....only since my upgrade to ios5

maybe I'm missing something ..if I am help!

Funny thing that the commercials play perfectly fine but I get a black screen for video. I have tried all of the above but I have, found like you, that I have to close safari and then open it to get video, the audio works for me. This is annoying when watching short segments because you have to constantly reset. I used to watch The Ed Show when I was making dinner, now I would have to be constantly be fooling around. Very annoying. I had no problems before installing iOS 5

We are on year 2012 and still Apple could not find a solution to this issue?

I have two ipads the first version and the second one and in the two I have the same issue.

I will try to reset settings and I will publish here if that worked but I don't think this is the solution.

I have seen this problem with any type of youtube video, I have to reload and reload the page until I see video.

I always have sound when I got this problem with a black screen inside the video window.

The problem is low memory, you have to turn off some of the apps you have running. You can see how many you have running by tapping the Home button very quickly twice until you see the popup tray and then seeing how many icons you see in that "tray" on the bottom of the screen. Hold your finger on one of the icons until it wiggles & displays a minus sign on one of the sides of the icons. Press on the minus signs until the icon disappears I closed a bunch of things and restarted the iPad by pressing the home & Hold buttons. Voila! Everything ran fine when I rebooted.
