My iPhone 4S sync is slow with usb and wifi.

My iTunes Wi-Fi syncing is taking too long. Is this normal? The longest sync has been over an hour.

iPhone 4, iOS 5

Is that the initial sync?

Are you taking a lot of photos or adding a lot of music inbetween syncs?
