AHT Erroe Code. What does it mean?

Hello.
I just ran the Apple Hardware Test disk. It encountered an error while checking the harddisk. The error code was 2STF/8/3:S-ATA Bus0-Master. Does someone know what that means. Do i have to be worried and bring my Mac to a ASP? Strange thing is, this only occurres in advanced mode.

What type of issue led you running the AHT? That particular error code seems to point to your hard drive.

Please check your drives S.M.A.R.T. status, whether it is verified or not, and think about backing up everything as soon as possible.

2STF/... errors indicate the imminent failure of a hard drive. You should back up your important personal data as soon as possible, and arrange to have the drive replaced.
