Dear all, this is my problem in Pages as well as in mail and Word for Mac. When typing my keyboard has an erratic behaviour. Instead of typing it sometimes jump backward, erasing the line I have typed or jumping backward and putting the cursor two line above or two words backward. I have not made any changes in the shorcuts or anything in Pages or Word.
Have anyone a suggestion as where to look for fixing this?

Maybe but how is it that there is only problems with texts applications and not with others? (no problem withts IWeb, Power point Itunes or others, shortcuts for Spaces etc...
Well if it is the Keyboard of my Mac Book what would be the solution? Buy another Mac? Thanks Steve Jobs! It is only 4 years old

It is possible one of your modifier keys is a bit sticky and it behaves as if you have held it down.
Seek advice on cleaning the keyboard or take it into an AppleStore and see what they can suggest.

Mine does similar things. Works, at first, then gets worse. Erases what I've typed grrrrrr. What can be done. Seems temperature related. Macbook is on a cooler pad.

If you can, make a Genius appoint at an Apple Store.
Another thing to check, first, is to make absolutely sure you aren't allowing your hands to touch the trackpad as you type.
