iphone 4 lock/on/off button is stuck

A couple days ago I noticed that the lock button on my iPhone 4 has become stuck. It is still working but it's annoying because it feels like it is sticky or something. It has never been dropped or has no water damage as I have only had it for about a month. Is this covered under warranty?

Its on its way to completely stop working. The same thing happened to me. The power button worked for a couple of days if i pressed very hard but now its not working at all. So cant lock the phone or power off. If you're still in the warranty period take it to the apple store and they will give you a new phone.
