But When I Sign-up For An Apple ID From My iTouch 4 It Asks For A Credit Card I Can't Find The "None" Choice Even By Changing The Store Location
Something Strange Happens When i See All My Friends Who Have iOS Create Their Account And When I Use Their iPhones i Can't Create Mine

I Saw This Method Before And Did It Before And The Account has been Activated But When i Sign-in A pop-up
window Says i need to review the Account And when so i got to agree the terms and then asks for credit
and "None" Choice is Not Available:S What Should i do
And Tell me how Can i De-activate my account to use the email address again ?
