Can i delete iCloud from my phone??

I do not like the new iCloud and i want it off my phone. Some of the things on my phone look different like when my messages pop up they are at the top of the screen and the sound is also different. Anytime it rings or i get a message, the sound is deeper. I bought several ringtones when i first got my phone and they are gone n i dont know how to get them back. So is there anyway i can get rid of iCloud on my phone and iTunes on my laptop?
